Right of retraction
In application of the provisions of Articles L 121-21 et seq of the French Consumer Code, the purchaser has 14 days in which to withdraw from the contract concluded via our web site by means of an explicit declaration of the wish to withdraw or using the detachable form on the order form. This should be sent by registered post with recorded delivery to the address indicated within fourteen days, it being stipulated that the period starts on the day of receipt of the products, that is to say, when the purchaser physically takes possession of the goods. The purchaser must pay the direct cost of returning the products. All payments received from the purchaser, including delivery costs (except from additional costs incurred for choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery proposed on the site, if applicable), will be reimbursed within fourteen days at the most of notification of the right of withdrawal or on production of documentary proof of return of the product. A reimbursement will be made via the same method of payment as the one used for the order, unless a different method is expressly agreed upon.
In the event of non-compliant or faulty products, the Internet user is asked to contact Customer Services by email on uk@blueberryglasses.com , indicating the order number and problem encountered. Customer Services will indicate the procedure to be followed and will pay the cost of return, unless the said product(s) are not considered non-compliant or faulty.
